Mentos
- Single wrapped mints & biz card format. The volume end of the range. Individual Mentos-style mints with full colour printed wrappers go from 2,500 units and are the right choice when the reach is the point. The biz card format seals mints to the back of a business card, turning a plain handout into something people put in their pocket rather than their bin.
- Pillow boxes. Clear and window-front styles, printed logo on the exterior, available from 50 units. The window style lets the mints show through for a retail-style finish.
- Clear plastic cubes. Small and large, rigid, filled with mints. More surface presence than a pillow box, more casual than a glass jar. From 50 units.
- Twist tin. 25g metal tin with a screw top. Small enough to sit on a desk, solid enough to be kept and reused. Picks up the branding on the lid or body.
- Pull can. 100g with a resealable lid over individually wrapped mints.
- Noodle box. Printed white box, 100g fill. The shape draws attention at a trade show without anything needing to be said.
- Glass jars. 18g small jar, 35g heart-shaped, 65g apothecary candy jar, and 150g large jar. The formats that stay on a desk after the mints are gone.
Someone who picks up a branded Mentos already knows what they're getting. The brand recognition does the product work. The packaging decision is where the buyer's choice lives.
Glass jars are the premium end. The apothecary and heart-shaped styles look like part of the room rather than a branded giveaway, which is why they stay on a shelf long after the mints are gone.
Ordering & Logistics
How do order quantities vary across the different packaging styles?
Quantities vary by packaging type. Individually wrapped mints start from 2,500 units. Biz card Mentos, pillow boxes, clear cubes, glass jars, and twist tins start from 50 to 100 units depending on the specific style. It's worth checking the individual product page for the quantity threshold, as it varies across the packaging types.
How far in advance should I order for a specific event?
Regular production takes 10 business days from artwork approval. Allow extra time for delivery on top of that, and a little more for orders involving custom printed wrappers on individual mints. For a firm event date, ordering four to five weeks out gives comfortable clearance.
Can I order different packaging styles within the same campaign?
Yes, each packaging style is a separate product line with its own quantity threshold. A business running a campaign with a mix of formats, such as noodle boxes for a trade show and pillow boxes for delegate bags, orders each style separately and each needs to meet its own minimum.
Can the glass jars be sent by post or included in a hamper?
Glass jars are well suited to postal gifting and hamper inclusion. The small 18g jar is the most postal-friendly given its compact size. The larger 65g and 150g jars can be included in hampers or sent with appropriate protective packaging. It's worth confirming packaging suitability with the team for postal orders before finalising.
